Better together.
With Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, we set out to turn Better Together from a brand promise into lived reality.
Across internal culture and external communication, we activated the belief at every level of the organization. From bold sustainability headlines on the new E-Truck fleet to the rebranding of Corporate Volunteering Days, we made purpose visible and participatory. We developed inclusion concepts for football stadiums that transformed emotional mass moments into powerful statements of unity.
Each initiative worked on its own, but together they created cultural momentum. Sustainability moved through cities. Volunteering became identity. Inclusion became celebration. In this way, Better Together evolved from a claim into a connective force across people, operations and society.
