For the city of Stuttgart, we developed an image campaign for nursing professions. Because the reality of care is far more complex, emotional and essential than its public perception. So instead of staging it, we showed it. Unfiltered. Honest. Real.

Together with nurses from Stuttgart, we turned everyday moments into stories. Captured as they are. With real caregivers and real patients. No scripts. No stock. Just reality. Because these stories don’t need exaggeration or empty promises to be heard. What happens in care, every single day, already carries everything a campaign needs.

We reframed care not as a profession to explain, but as a reality to experience. As something that affects all of us. Because it does. People need care. And care needs people.

One idea. Across the entire city. From public space to social media. From image to recruiting. A campaign that doesn’t try to convince. But makes visible what has always been there.

Because Stuttgart doesn’t work without care.
